CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy

• More than 3 working hours (10am to 8pm) before an experience: Cancellation with 90% Refund
• Less than 3 hours before experience: 50% Refund on Cancellation
• No Cancellation is possible for experiences booked for 13th and 14th February as these are Valentine's Special Packages.

Reschedule Policy

• More than 3 working hours (10am to 8pm) before booking: Rescheduling at Zero Fee
• Less than 3 hours before experience: Rescheduling on case to case basis
• No Re-Schedule possible for experiences booked for 13th and 14th February as these are Valentine's Special Packages.

Other Info

• Cake and Bouquet cannot be canceled on same day of your experience.
• If there is a complaint notice must be given to CherishX within 2 hours of the experience start time. cherish will mediate when necessary, and has the final say in all disputes
• To officially cancel or reschedule an experience kindly reply to the booking confirmation email saying "I want to cancel my experience, please initiate the cancellation process" or "Kindly reschedule my booking to XX.YY.ZZ date or to a later date"
